WHAT DO YOU BURN FOR?
I burn to inspire others! Furthermore, I love to accumulate splat points and spend time in the Orange zone.
 
WHAT’S YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?
It's a secret, but it starts with Mexican and ends with Food. Other guilty pleasures, just ask me.
 
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE OTF EXERCISE?
My favorite OTF exercise is the single arm snatch. This exercise not only helps to train for power, but it also can make you FEEL powerful. The dumbbell snatch involves similar muscle groups as other movements, such as running. The snatch allows for the explosive training of ankle, knee, and hip extension, which I believe will help people perform at a higher level in most activities.
 
WHAT DO YOU BURN FOR?
I burn for future me! I hope to live a long active life but will only achieve that via proper health and fitness!
 
WHAT’S YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?
I have a bad sweet tooth! Ben and Jerry's FroYo. 'Half Baked' please!
 
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE OTF EXERCISE?
I love the TRX Power Pull Up! It's a tough move, but distractingly fun.
 
WHAT DO YOU BURN FOR?
Setting people up for their day, helping them achieve their goals, or just help through the workout when it's just one of those days.
 
WHAT’S YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?
My guilty pleasure is definitely something to do with food. Brunch is something I just can't say no to.
 
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE OTF EXERCISE?
I love those pesky run rows. It's a perfect example of what makes OTF great. You can pace or challenge yourself as much or as little as you like, even despite the trainer coaxing you on.

HEART MONITORED TRAINING

 

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

COACH SUPPORT

 

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
